With over 25 years managing contact centres, ItsMyCall started as an idea back in early 2016 after years of struggling to find quality CX & Contact Centre staff through the traditional options.
I wanted to provide a fresh new alternative that was easy to use for both Job Advertisers and Job Seekers to find each other in an increasingly complex industry.
After 12 months of development and lots of blood, sweat and plenty of tears, ItsMyCall softly launched on 1 March 2017. Those first few days/weeks were a roller coaster of emotions to say the least and the support from the industry and peers was truly amazing.
However... Despite all the testing prior to launch it quickly emerged that quite frankly the user experience for both Job Advertisers and Job Seekers was just not good enough.
Whilst we tried to resolve a number of the bugs as fast as we could, it soon became apparent that we needed to stop advertising and minimise traffic to the site while we worked on squashing all the bugs.
Unfortunately that period has taken a lot longer than originally anticipated so rather than just relaunch with the site essentially 'as-is', we've taken the opportunity to bring forward a number of planned future releases so when we re-launch we will be confident that we've got a product that our users will love, and that the whole ItsMyCall team are really proud of.
As at 27 September 2017 we are close to re-launching and currently expect the site to be fully operational towards the latter end of October 2017.
